This knife is a forged 80CrV2 chopper with koa scales. The blade is 11” long and has a clean belt finish with evidence of the forging still left at the top. The handle is long enough for any size hand with spalted Hawaiian koa on the handle and corby bolts pinning it on extremely tightly. This is incidentally the second blade I’ve put my JS stamp on which you can see on the spine just where your thumb would go. This is a great blade for taking through the brush and whacking whatever vines, branches, and foliage stands in your way.
