French Style Chef's Knife
I have recently been making more and more of these Bush style chef knives with the forge texture and Satin finished bevels. I forged this blade from 1.25” round W1 tool steel. This is a French style chef with a 2.375” wide heel for on the board cutting and good finger clearance. The handle is sculpted Curly Mango with a pinless, heirloom fit construction.
Note* This Chef WILL come with a wood Saya for the kitchen counter.
