French Style Chef's Knife
I forged this chef from 52100 tool steel. An industry standard steel known for its edge retention. The perfect blade for getting work done in the kitchen. The blade has been forged as close to finished as possible to keep the forge texture and just have the edge cleaned up on the grinder. This makes for a truly unique blade and should also provide decent food release. The handle is a beautiful golden ironwood with some nice dark lines running through it.
